King's Inch is a fab single malt Scotch whisky from Glasgow, drawn from a wonderful combination of first-fill bourbon casks and first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Developed by Jack Mayo and the late Jim Swan, it's a flavoursome Lowlander that is more than suitable to be sipped neat, but it'll also do very well in cocktails too. The Scotch & Soda is a classic, and it should also make for a superb Sour.
Crisp green apple and pear notes, wrapped up in layers of vanilla and subtly toasty oak.
Vibrant fruit notes remain at the fore, with pineapple and orange joining the mix. Subtly chocolatey at points.
Buttery vanilla, cinnamon, a smidge of clove, and caramel.
