Have you ever had peated bourbon before? This hybrid whiskey was made from a mashbill that includes malted barley exposed to peat smoke, which was aged for at least two years in a new barrel. When Kings County initially launched this, it was the first peated bourbon on record as far as we can tell.
Wood embers breathe through vanilla, toasted spices, and dark fruit.
Smoked brisket, coffee cake, and stem ginger join the aforementioned aromas.
Wood ash, cinnamon, chocolate, and blackcurrant.
