Batch 14 of Kilkerran's Heavily Peated Campbeltown single malt here! Matured in a combo of 90% bourbon and 10% sherry casks, it boasts an array of buttery baked goods, meaty malt, and balanced peat smoke.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Honeycomb, wholemeal toast, chargrilled seafood, smoky bacon.
Palate
Lemon shortbread, melon, ham.
Finish
Nicely balanced: Peat smoke and a sweet, buttery mouthfeel.
