This single malt is made with barley grown on a single farm on Islay, and was matured in a combination of 26 bourbon barrels and seven Oloroso sherry butts. A fantastic example of the brilliant work (and tasty whisky, of course) this distillery is all about!
Vegetal peat with a floral freshness underneath, followed by red plum and a touch of new leather.
