Kanosuke Single Malt 70cl Whisky

Kanosuke puts its shochu heritage to delicious use in this flagship Japanese single malt. Whisky matured in re-charred casks previously used for its Mellowed Kozuru rice shochu forms the base, married with whisky from other cask types. Bottled at 48% ABV, it balances honeyed fruit and caramel with warming spice and a subtle smoky nuttiness. A lovely meeting of the distillery's past and present.
