A 19 Year Old single malt from the Isle of Jura, produced in honour of George Orwell's iconic novel, 1984, which he wrote while staying on the island. Very appropriately, it was distilled in the year 1984, and saw a finish in Palo Cortado Oloroso sherry casks before it was bottled in 2003, with an outturn of 4,800 bottles. Of course you don't have to have a peruse of the novel itself while sipping this one, but it would seem rather fitting.
