Apple crisps, prunes and plums, soon joined by rich cardamom and black peppercorn.
Seaside toffees, more apple notes, peanut brittle. Cereals develop in the background with woody spices.
Tobacco and damson lasts on the finish.
A beautiful whisky. Great and very smooth. Definitely 5 star.
I like the Johnie Walker brand, and tried this last night when out on my Christmas do. This is a fine whisky which I would compare to Johnie Walker platenium. Very easy to drink with a very smooth finish. Would recommend if you can get your hands on any!
