Produced at the Midleton Distillery, Jameson is Ireland's quintessential Irish blend – a classic whiskey.
A full and floral nose leads with the smooth sweetness of marmalade and fudge before a hint of Madeira and a little cut grass note emerge.
Thick and of good body with notes of orchard fruits, both fresh and cooked with a little vanilla cream.
Medium-length with spice and honey.

The pumpkin spice latte of irish whiskeys. It's not offensive, and I'll drink it when it's there, but it's so unexciting and I'm bored to death of it. I agree with the reviewer who recommended Black Bush, I wish more bars carried that instead of the same old basic Jameson.
Has it's uses, probably best as a mixer and possibly makes a decent Irish coffee. Quite good in whisky cocktails, where its harshness can offset sweetness of other ingredients and give a strong whisky base. It is also very good in making whisky sauces, especially with haggis where its robust flavour really injects some life.
Incredibly bad. This is most foul tasting whiskey I have ever tried. Stick half a litre of coke in it and it is slightly palatable although that is the equivalent of mixing poison with poison.
the best!!!
Good
