J.J. Corry Irish Whiskey - The Heart Cut #11 50cl Whisky

This is the first Irish whiskey to join the collection from indie bottler The Heart Cut, and it's a collaboration with Louise McGuane of J.J. Corry! The team explored Louise's 'warehouse of flavours' selecting a range of Irish pot still, grain, and single malt whiskeys for the blend, two of which aged in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, while the other two were finished in Oloroso and Pajarete casks. A release of 519 bottles.
