In case you were wondering where the name comes from, it's from the Irish word for 'storm', a hint to Ireland's windswept coasts.

Soft hay notes as it opens, before juicy nectarine and pear, with a good crackle of nutmeg and black pepper.
Enjoyably creamy on the finish.
