This offering explores a high corn mash bill (80% corn, 12% barley, and 8% rye) coupled with maturation in new American oak barrels, for a sweet sipper loaded with vanilla. Bottled at 53.5% ABV, this whiskey will also stand out in all manner of cocktails.
