Glorious Tennessee whiskey, matured in just one barrel, bottled up at 45% ABV. Properly delicious stuff, packed full of flavour. Perfect for sipping neat, and should be incredible for giving your cocktails an upgrade, too...
Treacle tart and runny caramel, with balancing hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, plus a solid core of oak.
Cinder toffee, cedar, buttered toast, cracked black pepper, dried cherry.
Brandy snaps and custard creams, with some fruity esters lingering.
This is an awesome single barrel im a general lover of a good single barrel an this is up there . It smells and tastes the same . The tasting notes are spot on .
