    Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select

Frank Sinatra was a long time fan of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey and was often seen sipping a glass of it on stage while singing 'Fly Me To The Moon' or 'My Way'. He even kept a stash of the classic whiskey on his private plane to enjoy while on the way to his next show, which would certainly beat a plastic cup of warm wine any day.

Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select has been created in honour of this friendship with Old Blue Eyes. The bold, smooth qualities of the Sinatra Select come from the specially made Sinatra barrels in which part of the whiskey was aged. Deep grooves were cut into the staves of the casks, increasing the amount of exposure the whiskey had to the wood. It is then married with Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 and bottled at 45% abv, which is how Sinatra would have enjoyed it back in the day.

So put on a Sinatra LP, sip some Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select and raise a glass to the man with one of the best voices the world has ever known.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Soft honey, fresh apples and a bold oak note at the centre.

    Palate

Yummy butterscotch notes which turn into yummier caramel notes, rich and warm. Hints of orange zest and a subtle smokiness.

    Finish

Packed with vanilla and smooth as Sinatra's voice.

    Overall

Frank could easily have been looking into the future at the Sinatra Select when he sung 'The Best Is Yet To Come', but it's here now for you to enjoy!

    Top Shelf Sinatra Select

Not a big drinker at all but SS provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy a small sip of the good stuff. Highly recommend!!

Fly Me to the Moon, Frank.

To the person who's subject line is "Excellent Bourbon" - this isn't bourbon. And if you have to chase your bourbons with beer, you're doing it wrong. Or drinking garbage bourbons. If you're going to liquor shows, I'd suggest expanding your palate because it sounds to me like you're missing out. Anyway, this is surprisingly good whiskey. Smooth, palatable, goes down nice and easy. Doesn't leave a weird aftertaste. I still prefer No. 27 over this, but if I see this on sale I almost always grab a bottle. It's worth every penny.

    Excellent Bourbon

I go to a lot of the liquor shows in NJ and try probably 40-50 Whiskeys ( bourbons) a year , and there is nothing that compares to Jd Frank Sinatra ...I only drink it up, and usually with a cigar ...It is the only whiskey bourbon that you do not need a beer chaser after you sip it...I think the after taste is smooth smooth smooth..

    Buy it, sip it, smile.

Not enough O’s in smoooooth to describe how truly delightful this Sinatra Select is. So save your pennies and buy yourself a birthday treat every year. And maybe for Christmas too. And don’t forget Arbor Day. And Sinatra’s birthday.
