Fantastic looking bottle...as the description states, this is completely opaque. The liquid inside tasted slightly different, but i'm guessing that's just because sunlight wasn't allowed to affect the whiskey. This is the same nectar as standard JD. Found at my local store back when it was released for $24. Not worth the $80 here unless you're a collector. But, whiskey is meant to be drank, regardless of it being a 'collector' bottle or not, in my opinion. Just keep the empty bottle.
just finshed my last bottle of 3 time for more price is a bit to much but i like the colour black.
This bottle contains the same whiskey as in JD's regular black bottle. Don't open it (as it's for collecting -- not drinking), but keep it for generations to admire a great part of American history.
