Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack is a smooth and sophisticated whiskey, perfect for enjoying neat or on the rocks. It has a distinctively rich flavour with notes of vanilla and spice.
Gentleman Jack is a premium version of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey. The main difference is that it enjoys a 'double mellowing' as it's filtered through charcoal before being filled into the barrel (the Lincoln County Process) and once again before it's bottled.
Gentleman Jack is undoubtedly good enough to enjoy on its own. In his book Whisky: The Manual, Dave Broom also suggests that Gentleman Jack actually works better than the regular Jack Daniel's Old No.7 in a Jack and Coke.
In addition to its smooth flavour profile, Gentleman Jack is also known for its distinctive and elegant packaging. The brand's signature bottle is designed to look like a flask and is decorated with elegant, hand-written labelling that pays homage to the brand's heritage and tradition.
Spicy nose with caramel, charred oak and a little aniseed.
Liquorice-led palate with oak and cinnamon, a touch of banana too.
Roasty and toasty finish, plenty of spice and citrus too.

Very nice. If you don't like no7, you should try this one, cause it's a bit smoother and more mellow. Flavour is simple and enjoyable. Even I'm a fan of Glenfiddich, I like this one.
Tried a shot on ice for the first time, found it smooth and slightly warming. Flavor is simple and enjoyable. Not as smooth as high end brandy per se, so it takes you back at first until you have allowed yourself to accept it on it's own merits. Easy to allow this one as a new addition to your options list.
Worth trying. But in this price range, I'd reach for the Four Roses Single Barrel.
Absolutely atrocious....yuck!!!no7 is much better.
Unique tastes and smells. Worth a buy.
