One of the world's best recognised brands, this is a 3 litre bottle of Jack Daniel's famed Tennessee whiskey (Tennessee whiskey undergoes a filtration through sugar maple charcoal - this is the difference between JD and a typical bourbon). Lynchburg Lemonade anyone?
The nose is quite light and smooth with plenty of sweetness. There are hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke. The palate is quite smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel with crème anglaise. The finish is quite sweet with a little cereal sweetness and toasty oak.
I don’t know how many times people are going to identify jack daniels incorrectly as a bourbon it’s a Tennessee Whiskey NOT a bourbon
I remember the days when I could or would not appreciate Jack Daniels bourbon. I guess my palate has changed. A mellow and sweet but not to sweet bourbon. A butterscotch aroma and a crisp and dry finish to give you that kick. Wonderful drink to have and share.
So expensive . Out local store does a 1l for 25 pounds so it.e that by 3 its 75 pounds . That's over 30 pounds cheaper than This why so expensive ??
Great
I have been searching high and low for a regular supplier of the 3.0 litre version. I have to say the service and speed of delivery was excellent and I would definitely recommend Master of Malt to source 3l Jack Daniels and other hard to find spirits for their bar. John B
