Islay Mist
MacDuff International
The Islay Mist blend was first launched in the 1920s. Known for its good peating level which comes from malts like Laphroaig.
Sweet, soft fudge, and all the inherent creaminess, slightly herbal.
Soft, creamy. Barley.
Spirity, oak.

Also much better than some single malts, and especially that horrible Chivas 12yo. Very nice! Very smooth and just the right amount of Laphroaig in this.
Simply Delivers on it's promise of being fine blended scotch. Feels both peated and a bit spicy initially. Go ahead and buy it.
Better than Good!
Peaty and smooth
In a recent whisky tasting evening, this blend was by far the worst whisky we have ever tasted. I would consider it an "end of the evening when everything tastes the same" blend
