A mighty single grain from Invergordon, brought to us by indie bottler Dràm Mòr! Distilled in 1997, the whisky matured for 27 years in a refill bourbon barrel, yielding a total outturn of 218 bottles.
Delicate notes of cereal, oak, and vanilla, with a touch of citrus peel in tow.
Heaps of creamy vanilla, juicy barley and toasty grain, with poached pear and caramel sweetness.
Rich layers of oak char, flapjack, and a tickle of pepper.
