A Whisky Illuminati bottling of Invergordon single grain Scotch whisky, bottled back in 1990. It was matured in an American oak barrel until 2019, when it was bottled with an outturn of 134 bottles for the Alba series, which is dedicated to gorgeous grain whisky.
Honey, pear and peach, with a hint of dried oak.
More oak spices on the palate, cinnamon and clove namely. Brown sugar and red apple.
Melted butter and a hint of toffee on the finish.
