Splendour awaits in this impressive Speyside single malt from Inchgower, bottled by us, especially for Mother's Day! Distilled in 2014, this whisky spent the next 12 years resting up in a pair of teeny little oloroso sherry octaves, yielding just 132 bottles when we disgorged them for the occasion. Elegant and sophisticated, it's layered with delicate notes of berries, waffles, and cream. The beautiful label artwork comes courtesy of abstract painter Katie Murrell.
Hazelnut cream, flaky pastry, pancake batter, and sugar-dusted summer berries. A touch of orange blossom, iced tea, guava, and ice cream wafers.
Delicate and silky, with waves of butterscotch and choux pastry. Blueberries, raspberries, and a dollop of crème fraîche, atop warm, fluffy waffles.
Subtle spices bring elegant depth and balanced warmth, with a touch of maple syrup, a smidge of clove, oaken vanilla, chocolate Brazil nuts, and lingering layers of soft, creamy malt.
