Strathenry is the name used by Fife's young InchDairnie distillery for whiskies that it trades and exchanges with independent bottlers and blenders, like Keeble Cask Company, which released this delightful six-year-old single malt to join its Elevenses collection. Distilled in 2018, the whisky matured in a pair of first-fill bourbon barrels, yielding an outturn of 589 bottles when they were opened in 2025.
