This expression is released as part of the As We Get It range – and it is bottled up just as they got it from the distillery, without added colour or chill-filtration, and at a robust cask strength of 60.8% ABV. Nose
A balance of sweet sponge cake, herbal malt, and earthen peat smoke.
Palate
Fresh apple, some zesty citrus, burnt embers, oak char spice.
Finish
More baking spice and coastal tar, lingering vegetal peat with warming prickles of black pepper.
