A single cask bottling of Cameronbridge single grain Scotch, distilled in October 2006 and bottled in October 2021. The 15 years in between were spent resting in an ex-bourbon cask, which released a total of 283 bottles when it was opened up by House of Macduff for The Golden Cask series.
Vanilla custard opens the way with green apple and floral citrus. A touch of honeyed oak arrives in the distance.
Waxed lemons, creamy coconut, and melted milk chocolate, with an array of baking spices and kitchen herbs balanced by toffee popcorn.
Fruit-filled pastries, yoghurt coated raisins, creamy grain, and chunky marmalade.
