A 35cl bottling of Gordon & MacPhail's 8 year old Highland Park from their MacPhail's Collection matured in Sherry butts and bourbon barrels.
Toasted barley, slightly tart mango and vanilla.
A creamy dram, rich with red apples, nuts and a whiff of smoke.
Rather short.
Classic Highland Park. We wouldn't say no.
