Highland Park 2001 (bottled 2012) (1L) 100cl Whisky

A 1 litre bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery, which was distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2012. With a good portion of the whisky having been matured in American oak casks, this is a smoky though sweet dram, pairing classic notes of peat and vanilla.
