Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Almonds and caramel with plenty of figs and cherries to provide substance.

Palate

Dried fruits, notably dates and raisins, smoke, toffee and a smidgen of cinnamon.

Finish

A long smoky finish with flavours from the palate making welcome encores.

Overall

Plenty of rich notes with that heathery Highland Park smoke present throughout.
