Dubbed 'Perfection', the expectations for this expression from indie Italian bottler Samaroli are surely set fairly high. However, seeing as this is a long-matured Highland Park distilled back in 1988, perhaps those expectations are well founded. Aged in a single cask until 2018, this is an exceedingly impressive Orkney single malt, and as always with Samaroli, it's presented in a wonderful bottle adorned with colourful artwork.
