Distilled at the Highland Park distillery in 1987 before a maturation period spent in refill bourbon barrels, this Orkney single malt was bottled in 2012 by Gordon and MacPhail as part of their MacPhail's Collection.
Fruit salad, heather honey and dried grass, citrus, anise.
Peppery apple pie.
Latte and heather smoke.
