This limited edition release from Highland Park celebrates Orkney-born explorer, John Rae. The single malt Scotch whisky was matured for 17 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. It was bottled at cask strength, and drinkers can expect a fruity and sweet whisky, with balanced peat.
