Description
Distilled at Highland Park in 2007, this single malt spent the next 17 years maturing in a first-fill sherry butt. The cask was opened by Gordon & MacPhail in 2025 and bottled up as one of the 130th Anniversary additions to its Connoisseurs Choice collection. A release of 606 cask strength bottles.

Nose
Fragrant raisin aromas complement peanuts and tangerine peel.
Palate
Apple and raspberry are followed by fudge and a hint of coffee bean.
Finish
A medium length finish with lingering spice.
