Part of the fifth release of Maison du Whisky's Artist collection bottled with Signatory. This is a rich 15 year old single cask Highland Park.
Figs and citrus, juicy dried apricot, apple, eucalyptus and and heather smoke.
Dates, oak and vanilla with cedar, aromatic malt and cocoa in support.
Nutty oak and wisps of gentle smoke.
