A 15 year old Highland Park released for the Swedish market. Distilled in 1990, it was bottled and originally released in 2005. Matured in a single sherry cask, this is a classic Highland Park.
Big and sherried, heather smoke, balsamic and caramel. Assam tea and hazelnuts.
Nutmeg and manuka honey, more heather smoke and chocolate orange.
Fairly long with drying smokiness.
Quintessential sherried Highland Park, wonderful.
