A Travel Retail exclusive from Highland Park, this single malt spent 14 years maturing, predominantly in first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks. Showcasing a balanced contrast of oaken vanilla and aromatic peat, it's a laid-back sipper from the Orcadian distillery.
Sweet and smoky on the nose, with a creamy note of vanilla crème brûlée. Baked apples and a hint of nutmeg on the palate, with a lingering finish of subtle smoke from our Orkney heathered peat.
