Distilled at Highland Park in 1987, this single malt was filled into a single bourbon cask to mature, where it remained for a whopping 35 years. After that generous maturation, the cask was opened in 2023 by Gordon & MacPhail, independently releasing a total of 131 bottles for the Connoisseurs Choice collection.
