Our Competitions offer you the chance to win some of the world’s rarest and most exclusive whiskies!
Highland Park collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Björn Frantzén for this duo. There's a 16-year-old single malt matured in Swedish oak (a first for Highland Park), sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and bourbon casks, plus a 17-year-old Travel Retail exclusive, which spent time in red wine-seasoned French oak casks.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Warm oak spices, vanilla, floral, or delicate orchard-fruit undertones, and rich wood character from virgin Swedish oak.
Palate
Sweet honey, dried fruit, and toasted oak with a smooth but robust texture. Also, some whispers of Highland Park’s subtle peat/smoke (typical of Orkney) are balanced with the oak’s spiciness.
Finish
Long, lingering with oak spice, sweetness, maybe some smoky or maritime notes. Finish draws out wood tannins with a satisfying warmth
