Single Malt
Distilled under the Whitlaw name at Highland Park in 2014, this single malt was treated to seven years of maturation, including a finishing period in STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) casks. In 2022, the gang at Càrn Mòr bottled it up for the independent Strictly Limited series, with a total of 1,603 bottles released.
Salty sea breeze opens things up alongside treacle toffee, pear drops, and earthy oak char.
Sweet apple crumble with maple syrup, tangy citrus, soft peat smoke, and hints of heather. Toasted oak brings wafts of creamy vanilla and baking spice with musty cigar box beneath.
