This expression was distilled back in 2010, and was allowed a decade of maturation before being bottled up at cask strength - 59.3% ABV. Nose
Damson jam, honeycomb and fragrant vanilla, joined by a good hint of spicy oak.
Palate
More red fruit, now plum and fig, with characteristic corn creaminess carrying it along.
Finish
Buttery, with a touch of cherry.
