A subtly smoky single malt from Hannah Whisky Merchants, sourced from an undisclosed distillery on Islay! It was distilled in October 2009 and spent its days resting in three refill oloroso sherry hogsheads before it was bottled at 12 years old in July 2022. A limited 722 bottles were released for the Dalgety series which pays tribute to the bottlers home, Dalgety Bay.
Dry baking spices, touches of forest floor, smouldering embers, and toasted brioche.
Green oak, spiced, stewed apple, sweet smoke, and cigar box.
Green apple skin and burnt cinnamon.
