A blended Scotch whisky from William Grant & Sons, this blend boasts a core of the beloved grain whisky from Girvan, bolstered by a selection of over 25 malts and grains from across Scotland.
A light, buttery nose with hints of barley, toasty oak, plum wine and spice.
Custard apples and toffee on the palate, with hints of grist, honeycomb and beeswax. All rather floral too.
Good, zesty finish with toasty barley clinging 'til the very last.

It’s interesting that in some of the worst reviews the word whisky is spelt incorrectly. What surprises me most is that these critics are so sure of themselves. I’d love to see their results at a blind tasting. We are not in the Islay wonderland of peaty single malts. This is an honest blended whisky with character, which also happens to be the 3rd. most popular whisky in the world in 2021! How do some critics actually know it tastes like motor oil, watered down olive oil or turpentine? It’s so easy to criticise anonymously. My respects to the Grant family.
I wasn't expecting much for the price but my god this is the worst whiskey I've ever had by far. Tastes burnt, like someone had emptied an ash tray into it ?. Doesn't even taste nice when well on the way to being drunk ?♂️.
The first whisky I’ve ever had to pour away, how on earth was this allowed out of the factory?
By far the worst whisky I’ve ever tasted out of nearly 100. There’s nothing to redeem this blend, it’s bland yet incredibly harsh and memorable for all the wrong reasons. I wouldn’t even use it as a mixer.
I’m incredulous that anyone who has drunk whisky before can give this more than 1 star. Myself a seasoned whisky drinker and some inexperienced whisky drinkers had this, along with some malts and blends at a tasting night, unsurprisingly this bottle ranked last out of 12, with 3 of us unable to even finish the smallest of drams. There’s no real flavour to it, just a very harsh aftertaste, you wouldn’t even drink it for the sake of drinking. To call this Whisky is an insult to other blends, let alone malts.
