This blended Irish whiskey from Grace O’Malley combines malt and grain whiskies that are hand selected from a variety of casks, including French oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-rum barrels to achieve a fantastic balance and depth of character. A lovely sipper, and would also taste great mixed with freshly pressed apple juice or ginger ale!
Oaky vanilla and sweet, nutty caramel meet rich malt, popcorn, and floral spiced orange.
Dried fruits and honey flapjack, resinous oak with cinnamon and pepper spice.
Caramelised nuts, wafts of vanilla, sweet, cakey spice, and a gently warming finish.

Superb blended Irish Whiskey tried this with Master of Malt recommendation. So good buying another. Great to sip on its own without adding water or ice, but just as good if you do. Definitely five stars ?
