Nose
Rum and raisin fudge, baking spice, mashed banana, and malty biscuits.
Palate
Boozy fruit, currant buns, malt loaf, and ginger cake. Peppery, charred oak, and sweet creamy caramel.
Finish
Sweet dark sugar and vanilla with ripe tropical fruit, toffee popcorn, and toasted cereal.
