    Single Malt

Glencadam 27 Year Old 1990 (batch 18/080) - Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon & MacPhail)

A single cask Glencadam, independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail. It was distilled back in 1990 and left to mature in a refill bourbon barrel for over a quarter of a century. On 20 September 2018, when the single malt had turned 27 years old, it drawn from the cask and bottled for the Connoisseurs Choice series. Only 124 bottles were yielded at cask strength, weighing in at 49.9% ABV.

    Tasting Note by The Producer

Poached pear aromas mingle with dried ginger and honey. Cayenne pepper fades to unveil flavours of ripe mango and zesty key lime pie. Medium bodied with a slightly drying grapefruit finish.
