A Chinese single malt whisky from Goalong distillery, nestled in the basin of the Liuyang River. The distillery has over 6,000 casks of whisky maturing in its warehouses with over 20 different cask varieties. This single malt matured in a combo of bourbon and STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) wine casks for a delicately floral profile, with vanilla, honey, and rounded fruit notes.
