Ruadh Maor single malt here, which is the name for peated whisky produced at Glenturret in the Highlands! Distilled on 3 July 2012, it was matured in a hogshead for most of its days before being moved to a first-fill Veneta Botti amarone sherry barrique for a two-year finish. Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled the whisky in July 2022, with 315 cask strength bottles released for the Lady of the Glen series.
Salted butter on toast, with a dollop of raspberry jam balanced by savoury smoke.
Salted caramel sauce drizzled over pancakes, with smoked meats in tow, alongside cooked plum.
Stewed blackberry, fragrant peat smoke, and a good crack of black pepper.
