The magnificent Mission Gold collection from independent bottler Murray McDavid welcomes a well-aged single malt from Glentauchers to the ranks. Distilled in 1996, the whisky spent over two decades in a bourbon hogshead, before finishing its 26-year maturation with a four-year stay in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask. A release of 131 bottles.
