Grab yourself a glorious indie bottle of Glentauchers, released by Fadandel! Distilled in 2009, this single malt spent a dozen years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, before being bottled up in 2021. A total of 224 bottles were released at 58.1% ABV.
Malted Milk biscuits, a touch of tropical fruit with hints of pineapple and buttery pastry.
Sweet sultanas, baked apples with nutty, spiced notes of pecan pie and vanilla cream.
A big helping of malt to finish off, with cherry chocolate and honeyed oak.
