Description
This 2011-vintage Glentauchers was matured in amontillado sherry casks for just over a decade, before being bottled at 11 years old by Càrn Mòr. A limited 1,496 bottles were released for the Strictly Limited series, full of creamy fruit and biscuity almond notes.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet almond, apricot jam, followed by peaches and cream.
Palate
Malty biscuits, frangipane, and rich creaminess, with cooked stone fruit.
Finish
Tarte Tatin, cinnamon, and glazed apricots.
