Distilled in 1996 at Glentauchers, this was aged for 15 years before bottling for Duncan Taylor's NC2 range in 2011.
Grainy with notes of porridge, malt and hints of cider. Quite one-dimensional, all very easy-going stuff.
Cut hay, pepper, malt and toast. Some more of those porridge notes from the nose, hints of applewood, a little tea.
Simple, medium length. Some malt, some fruit, a little spice.
