Cask strength single malt from Glenrothes, matured for a whole 25 years in a single cask before it was bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The complex malt produced at this Speyside stalwart is well suited to long ageing, so prepare for a treat here, with layers of creamy vanilla, honeyed nuts, elegant spice, and caramel.

Sweet notes of toffee and vanilla fudge, with marmalade and floral honey in tow. Chocolatey malt and a touch of milky coffee murmur beneath.
The fudgy sweetness carries through, with waves of vanilla and buttery oak, backed by Malted Milk biscuits and white chocolate buttons.
A creamy finish, with a flash of oaken pepper and a smidge of candied ginger.
