This particular expression was given a finishing period in Côte d'Or Burgundy wine casks, introducing a generous helping of red fruit notes to the whisky. It's a litre bottling and features the old style of label and bottle design, which look much more traditional than the snazzily sleek bottlings you see from Glenmorangie these days.
